Art Cart Program

The Art Cart Program was launched by Harvey Green PTA in Fall 2019, aims at encouraging & facilitating student art activities at school. PTA coordinated the purchase of art supplies including water color, oil pastels and pencil sketching, with a plan of funding more media choices each year.
