Maze day forms (2022-2023)
PARKMONT PTA welcomes you to the new school year. This year we are doing PTA Maze day forms through online. Please find the below forms and email us at parkmontpta@gmail.com if you have any questions.
PTA MEMBERSHIP : Becoming a PTA member is a great way to support our school and its many activities. You will also be part of a national organization which for years has been positive advocates for school children. A portion of your membership dues will remain in our unit, and some will be used to support State and National PTA.
This year we are using a tool called TOTEM to collect membership fees online. You need to use an email address to purchase membership. Please use below link to sign up for membership.
KONSTELLA: This year Parkmont PTA will be using Konstella to communicate and engage with our parent community. Konstella is a great tool (will provide a great opportunity) for parents to engage with the PTA and other Parkmont parents (parents within the school). After you sign up for Konstella, you will be able to add your child to your child's classroom. This will help parents in the classroom communicate with each other. YEARBOOK: Parkmont PTA is taking orders for Yearbook 2022-2023. We all know that school this year is going to be much different than what any of us have ever experienced. The cost of the yearbook is $TK per copy. Use the below link to order it right now. We will send more details about Yearbook once school is in session. If you have any questions about Yearbook, please contact yearbookatparkmont@gmail.com.
Parkmont PTA Waiver : Please sign the Parkmont PTA Parent's approval and Participant waiver for your child if you want your child to participate in any Parkmont PTA sponsored events. You have to submit this waiver for each child seperately.
