Gate Club
"GATE" is an acronym for Gifted and Talented Education Club. This is only for the kids who made it through the GATE exam. Normally, this exam happens in 3rd grade. As of the school year 2020–2021, there will be no GATE exams held for kids. We are now finalizing a different way to get GATE qualified. We will keep you all posted as soon as we have some information.
Gate club details are as follows:
Date/Time
The class is scheduled from 3:00 PM to 3.45 PM after school hours on Thursdays.
Location
The GATE Club will be held in Room 18, Ms. Rollin's classroom.
Teaching Philosophy
We believe that when the fun stops, so does the learning. We will make sure teaching is fun as well as interesting so that the GATE students get the benefit of it.
GATE concentrated on the following topics
Vedic math
Analytical problems
Stock and share analysis
Mad Science
Fun with Geography
Pick-up/Drop-off
Parents need to make sure that the students are picked up once the program is done.
Attendance
Please inform the coach/coordinator if a student cannot make up a class. There will not be any make-up classes for the unattended classes.
COVID Guidelines
We stick to the same COVID guidelines as per the school.
