Our Mission
Harvey Green Elementary PTA is committed to providing support to and communicating with, parents,
teachers, students and the community. There are many exciting programs for the new school year, and
we hope to work together with you to make them happen.
Join or Renew Membership
PTA membership costs only $10.00 per person and covers one school year. Please visit our Totem link for online registration and donations. Every member of your family can join, parents, students, grandparents, etc. Last day of membership registration is Mar 31st.
PTA Membership Tips on Totem
Annual Donations
The generous donations from Harvey Green Families have made it possible for PTA to provide
outstanding extracurricular programs, family orientated events, classroom supplies, assemblies, school
improvement projects, a nurturing community environment, and much more. We need your help to
continue funding these programs. Suggested donation is $100.00 per family.
❖ Please contact your employer about Corporate Gift Match Program that may easily double
your contributions. We can provide PTA docs for setting up donation match if needed.
Classroom Membership Awards
The top 3 classrooms with the highest percentage of PTA membership will receive Membership Awards in Spring. The Award is given through reimbursements, such as a pizza party, an ice cream party, art/crafts, etc. PTA will not give awards of store gift cards.
Membership Perks
PTA membership perks include discounts for your family trip to Legoland and online shopping, perks to
help your child succeed and to keep them safe online, perks that benefit our school, etc. For more

PTA Meetings
You are welcome to join PTA meetings to learn more about PTA, to propose an idea, or to step up as a
program coordinator. PTA meetings are held in the library at 7pm on the 1st Tuesday of each
month unless otherwise noted.
Donation Gifts
- Donation gifts are given to individual donors, based on the total amount of donations plus matches earned by a donor within the school year.
- If you has submitted donations and/or matches outside Totem, please make sure to contact harveygreenpta@gmail.com so PTA could verify the total amount received
- Under $50: No gifts are given
- $50 ~ $99: You will receive a gift up to $5 in value, e.g., a mug or a T-shirt on clearance
- $100 or more: You will earn spirit wear credits/vouchers in the value of 10% of the total amount donated+matched.
- Spirit wear credits/vouchers can be redeemed as T-shirts, Sweatshirts, mugs, and/or other items specified by PTA
- Donation gifts must be claimed by the end of the school year. Subject to availability.
